Your job as an Admin
Read the transcript

This is Demo Co, a sample company. The dashboard shows your hiring at a glance. At the top, your next interviews, and what has changed. Below that, your jobs, and how far each one has got. Then your candidates, and where each of them stands. Your company is set up. As an Admin, your job is to keep it right, as your people and your hiring change. You see every job that is not confidential. You see a confidential job only when you are on its team. That is the main difference from a Super Admin. You add people, and choose their role. Most people are Users. Give the Admin role only to the people who run HireBest. An invitation does not put anyone on a job. People join hiring through a job's team, and you can set that team. Open the job, go to Settings, and add them to the Hiring Team. When someone's work changes, update their role or their flag. When someone leaves, archive them. They lose access, and their history stays. When your company changes, update your job levels, your rejection reasons and your company profile. New jobs use them from then on. Every new job starts from the HireBest Standard interview templates. They hold HireBest's best practice for each round, so you never start from a blank page. To fit them to your company, duplicate a Standard, because the Standards themselves are view-only. Rename your copy, then change it. Add your own follow-up prompts and interviewer notes, in your company's words, and keep the structure that makes the interview work. Your copy does not replace the Standard by itself, so add it to the job's rounds. HireBest does not lock templates, so agree the structure with your team. Assessments, billing, notifications and security are here too. Your Hogan order waits for an approver, unless you have the approver flag. The help has each of these steps, whenever you need them.
